Project: Supply of 12Km of A53 12’’ carbon steel pipes.

Overview:

Kinetics took on the task of supplying and coating 12,000 meters of 12-inch pipes for the Arab Potash Company. This project focused on delivering high-quality metal pipes known for their strength and durability, essential for transporting liquids under high pressure and temperature.

1- Pipe Supply

  • We provided 12 kilometers of A53 12-inch carbon steel pipes, ensuring they met the rigorous standards needed for industrial use.

2- Coating Process

  • Each pipe underwent a thorough sandblasting and coating process to enhance its longevity and performance.

3- Primer

  • Applied a 50-micron layer of Zinc Phosphate Epoxy to protect against corrosion.

4- Intermediate Coat

  • Added a 100-micron layer of high polyimide epoxy for extra durability.

5- Top Coat

  • Finished with a 100-micron layer of high polyamide epoxy to ensure a robust and lasting surface.

Outcome

The coated pipes are now ready for use, offering reliable performance and durability for the Arab Potash Company’s operations. This project reflects Kinetics’ dedication to delivering top-quality materials and meticulous workmanship tailored to our clients’ needs.
