Project: Installation of New Scrubber System for Treatment of  Flue Gas at Jordan Phosphate Mines – Industrial Complex

Overview:

Kinetics recently completed the supply and installation of a complete  state-of-the-art new scrubber system for treating of flue gasses emitted from the flash dryer at the Jordan Phosphate Mines Industrial Complex. This initiative is part of our ongoing projects to enhance environmental efficiency and air quality control within industrial facilities.

1- Dismantling the Old System

  • Site cleaning and inspection of mounting points
  • Safe and efficient dismantling of the existing scrubber system.
  • Handling the dismantled system to JPMC

2- Installation of the New System

  • Supply and installation of the new scrubber system.
  • Comprehensive checks of all connection points to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Installation was performed under the supervision of the manufacturer's expert to ensure quality and compliance.

3- Project Completion

  • Final verification and commissioning of the new scrubber system.
  • Successful handover of the project to the end user with a completion job certificate.

Outcome

The newly installed scrubber system for treating flue gasses from the flash dryer is now fully operational at the Jordan Phosphate Mines Industrial Complex.
