Overview:

Kinetics took on the task of supplying and installing new filling and packaging machines for the Jordan Phosphate Mines Industrial Complex. This project focused on enhancing the packaging process for aluminum fluoride, ensuring secure containment and protection during storage and transport.

1- Supply and Installation

  • We provided and installed a state-of-the-art filling and packaging machine specifically designed for one of the factory's products.

2- Valve Packing Line

  • Introduced a new 10, 25, and 50 kg valve packing line to maintain the integrity of aluminum fluoride, prevent contamination, and ensure safe handling.

3- Big-Bag Packing Line

  • Implemented a new big-bag packing line for 1,000 kg packages, streamlining the process and improving efficiency.

4- Automatic Wrapping Machine

  • Added a fully automatic wrapping machine to complete the packaging line, ensuring all packages are securely wrapped and ready for transport.

Outcome
